Citizen Sanitation is developed by LogPro - Sistemas para SaneamentoThe Citizen Applications main objective is to bring the Sanitation Company and the population closer, offering customers a direct channel of access to the services provided by the Sanitation Company.Through this application it is possible to access different resources as below:- Invoice History: shows the list of all invoices for the property (open / paid), with the possibility to copy the code and bars or even send the invoice by email to invoices that are open;- Consumption History: allows viewing the consumption measured month by month;- My appointments: allows you to view information about the appointments requested by the customer.- Invoice by e-mail: provides another option to receive the invoice when registering the customers e-mail;- Tariff Table: shows the base values ​​of each category, which according to the invoiced consumption, are used to calculate the final invoice amount;- Service Table: allows viewing the values ​​of all services charged by the sanitation company;- Service Point: allows viewing the service points provided by the sanitation company.- Frequently Asked Questions: provides a list of questions and answers that can help with questions that the customer has.To access the application, customers must inform the CPF, Property Registration and City. If the CPF is not registered, the customer must contact the city sanitation company and request the registration update to access the application.
